Coach-led group classes, semi-private training, personal training, and adaptive programs are all on offer, with the same "Stronger Together" philosophy carried through everything from beginner sessions to advanced athlete work.
Visitors are genuinely welcomed here — drop-ins need at least three months of strength-training experience and comfort with Olympic lifting movements, but the process itself is straightforward, with a waiver and a friendly, easygoing intro. A free Saturday intro class at 10am is available for anyone curious before committing to anything. Free parking is available on-site, and the location puts the bike path right at the door for anyone stacking a ride onto their workout.
