Once there, it's dead serious: 400-plus pieces of equipment, 50-plus cardio machines, five dedicated powerlifting platforms, and dumbbells up to 300 pounds, all built around progressive overload and long-term body recomposition rather than just burning calories.
The recovery side includes a dedicated wood sauna and resort-style locker rooms, and two posing rooms give physique-focused lifters a real space to check their progress. Open and staffed 24/7/365, this is a gym for people training on their own schedule, whenever that is. A $25 day pass gets any traveler full access, with multi-pass options available that work across every Absolute Recomp location in DFW.
