Cowboys Fit is the official training facility of the Dallas Cowboys, built into The Star, the team's 91-acre Frisco headquarters — and it's not a themed gym, it's the real thing. The 60,000-square-foot floor runs the same state-of-the-art equipment used by Cowboys players and cheerleaders, from Olympic power racks to a dedicated HIITZone, backed by a recovery lounge stacked with infrared saunas, a cocoon sauna pod, cryotherapy, HydroMassage, and NormaTec compression.
A heated rooftop lap pool and outdoor turf access round out training, and boutique-style group fitness — yoga, barre, HIIT, indoor and outdoor cycling — fills the daily schedule. The Fuel Zone serves made-to-order smoothies right on-site, so there's no need to plan food logistics after a session. A free 3-day guest pass makes this genuinely accessible for a traveler passing through, not just Cowboys season-ticket holders.
